First launched in 2007, the LiveCallCenter combines the whole spectrum of call centre topics into one live project. Formulated as an in-house best practice example, it enables trade fair visitors to experience all the functional units that make up a high-quality call centre live and in person. From strategic conception, detailed IT and TK solutions, staff and quality assurance topics to a comprehensively designed workstation the LiveCallCenter exhibits state-of-the-art technology in all areas.
We have found an highly interesting Live-Partner in 2013 by soliciting the TUI Service Corporation, which is coordinating the tourist guides of all TUI brands worldwide. To take care of increasing guest demands regarding to reach the tourist guide on the spot via telephone, message or e-mail at any hour TUI Service has started a virtual contact centre. Service professionals answered live guest demands from all over the world throughout all three days of the fair.
